I have to say sorry to everyone for the lake of updates. I have just changed country and most off my stuff is somewhere between here and England. Heck, my family is still in England!

Because I am living in America again after 11 years of living in England, I am going to have to catch up. I need a new camera that is NTSC (or dual mode) and not one that is PAL only. I need to get my own place to stay and very importantly get insurance and find a place to fly!
I hope you all understand what we are going through here and I hope that you will be patient while we get back up on our feet. Thank you guys. I promise to try and get back up and running soon. Watch this space.

002 Side In HoverI know it has been cold, but you have found ways to practice you hovering haven't you? I bet you have if you as addicted to flying helis as I am. Check out this video where we talk about the next natural step in learning to fly once you have mastered the tail-in hover, the Side-In Hover! It is not as simple as it sounds and you should take it in smaller steps. Think if it as the 45 degree hover for a while and it will start making sense after a while (maybe about 2 weeks if you can do around 15 minutes of flying or sim work a night). Check out the video for extra tips and check out the new podcast. Then either comment on the site or send me an email at podcast(at)helichaos.com Have fun! Add a comment 001 Get Ready
We want to hear from you, whether you have questions, comments, ideas, or complaints. We will respond to every e-mail whether we use your e-mail in the show or not. Podcast(at)HeliChaos.com In This first episode, we talk about being rusty both from not flying over the winter and from this being our first podcast. It will only get better, and it will be shaped by what you guys ask and say. At this point we are trying to balane Video, Audio, and text summary. The balancing act is not so good, since the video and the audio are currently at different points. We tell some stories of my recent flights and about about Keith Make sure you check out this link from HeliFreak: Summary of learning points:
Take care guys! Add a comment Lesson #1 - Your First HoverNo that you have rogorously practiced what we talked about in the first video and have not crashed yet (right?), now we move on to what to expect in your first hover. Like when practicing sliding around on the ground, you must keep the tail pointed at you. We will get into side-in hovering in a few weeks when you are good at a normal hover. Here is the first hover video: Add a commentLesson #0 - Before Your First HoverI know, you just got your helicopter and you really wnt to fly. Well, you can't. Not if this is your first helicopter. Okay, you might be able to get it into the air, but landing is the most important part of flying next to hovering. If you do not know how to do both of those then getting your helicopter into the air too quickly is only going to end in disaster (at least for the helicopter). Let's see what you need to practice before hovering. Before you actually fly there are some things you should try to master:
